IUN LOI
IUN LOI, formerly known as IUN LOI restaurant, was founded in 1920. It is a famous traditional tea house in Macau with a a hundred years history and changed to a bakery later. The most famous cakes of IUN LOI are husband cake, wife cake and traditional wedding cake. If you want to try the traditional cakes of Macau, IUN LOI must be the best choice.
TODOT was entrusted to renew the brand image of this century-old company in Macau. We found that lotus flower has always been a common symbol of IUN LOI, and lotus seed paste is used in many type of traditional cakes. The wedding series has always been the most well-known product of IUN LOI.
Thus we chose the “Double lotus” as the core element for the brand. Double lotus not only represents auspiciousness, joy, kindness and beauty; at the same time, this rare Double lotus also symbolizes the uniqueness of the brand. In terms of mixing the new and old, we extracted the calligraphy from the original old signboards of IUN LOI and turned it to logotype for the new identity.
In addition, TODOT also participated in the packaging design and the store design to improve the brand image of IUN LOI in an all-round way.
遠來餅家前身為遠來茶樓,創於1920年,乃澳門有名的傳統茶樓,有近百年歷史,後來改為餅家。最出名的餅食為老公餅、老婆餅、白光酥以及傳統的嫁囍餅食。要嘗試澳門地道傳統糕餅,遠來餅家一定是最佳選擇。TODOT 接受委託爲這家澳門百年企業進行形象更新,意義與使命感並重。
在品牌形象挖掘的前期,我們就洞察到蓮花一直是遠來餅家的常用的符號,並且在很多主打餅食裡都用了蓮蓉。而嫁囍系列一直是遠來餅家最為知名的產品。我們嘗試用一朵並蒂蓮,將兩個概念合而為一,作為品牌的標誌。並蒂蓮不僅代表吉祥、喜慶、善良和美麗;同時罕見的並蒂蓮也象徵品牌的獨特性。字體方面,我們在遠來餅家原有的老招牌上提取了最具識別性的書法字,稍作潤飾,最大程度的保留了原字體的精萃。
TODOT 亦為遠來餅家旗下不同的產品做了包裝更新。我們根據不同產品的特性,採用不同傳統的圖案,例如蓮花、仙鶴、澳門地圖,龍鳳紋樣等等。結合不同的材質搭配與包裝工藝,為品牌注入新鮮感。保留傳統韻味同時,亦讓消費者感受到品牌的傳承與生命力。當中我們為客戶訂製的利是封,將利是封和對聯結合起來,收藏在啞克力夾層中,創意與工藝都打破常規。
除此以外,TODOT 也參與了店面設計的部分,從平面到產品,從產品到空間,全方位為遠來餅家進行整合形象提升。目前品牌形象還在繼續更新設計,歡迎大家到來一嚐澳門的傳統特色的餅食。
